Listing an item to sell internationally
I am trying to sell something to a buyer who lives overseas. I had enabled eBay's Global Shipping Program when I set up the ad. However, under the Shipping and Payments tab, it says Ships to: United States and does not allow the buyer to enter a different country.
What can I do?

Mentor3 years agoDid you both sign up for the GSP in your shipping profile, and then enabled the GSP option on the listing when you create it? You can not add it if someone has already bid or purchased the item.
Also did you check that GSP allows shipping to your buyer's country?

My account setting/shipping preferences show that I enabled GSP. The ad also shows GSP. The buyer is in Israel, which is allowed under GSP.
I even pulled the original ad and relisted it as a new one just to start fresh.
