Listing an item that clearly follows eBays policy but is removed and fails appeal
I listed a Penthouse magazine. I actually have several still listed. eBay's AI said nope, does not follow policy. And yet it does. To the letter. I appealed, showed how it does follow their policy and the appeal was DENIED. I am so confused.
Per eBay policy: The following items are allowed only under the conditions outlined below:
- Adult magazines that contain nudity are allowed only if they don't contain sexual activity and if no images of nudity are showing in the listing. It does not.
-- Some examples of this include "Penthouse". It is.
Any adult magazine that doesn't contain sexually explicit content can be listed following the guidelines in the this policy.
Pretty clear cut that there is no violation here. Please relist.
