Listing an Item for Auction and Choosing the Option - 'BUYER PAYS SHIPPING'
If I choose 'Buyer Pays Shipping' on an Item while Listing an Item for Auction -- Does It Mean that Each Bidder out there will see his Actual Amount that he will pay for Shipping - Using the Shipper that I have Chosen and The Actual Individual Mailing Address of the Bidder. In Other Words -- There would be different Shipping Charges for Each Bidder depending on their Location. Thank You For Your Help.

That is correct, as long as you also select calculated shipping, and enter the correct weight and dimensions. Then eBay will calculate the shipping for each bidder based on their location.
