Can you screenshot a picture, for example a purse, off of Amazon, double the price, and then when sold you order the purse off of Amazon and send as a gift so Amazon will ship to the buyer?

No - this type of selling is not allowed. It is specifically prohibited.

OP2 years agoJust wondering! This happened to me. I’m thinking, WOW, all they have to do is go through Amazon and pick out what they would like to post, screenshot, and as soon as it sells order it from Amazon.

You can report the seller. It is difficult for eBay to identify these sellers unless they are reported.
On this page select violated policy - https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022 then select other. In the box write 'seller purchased my item on amazon and had it sent to me as a gift'.

OP2 years agoI tried all day yesterday and today and it says they are having issues please try again later. Does this happen a lot?

I’ve never had a problem with the report link, but I haven’t used it that often.
Do you ever clear your browser history? When I have a page not working properly, I delete at least that page from my history so the browser doesn’t use the old version.

OP2 years agoI will try that. It will be the first time for me to report a seller and I have been buying and selling on eBay a long time. Thank you
