Listing a motorcycle on Ebay motors
Has anyone else had issues listing motorcycles on Ebay motors? I have listed dozens of motorcycles for sale on ebay motors in the past. Recently I tried to list a motorcycle and got an error which could not be corrected so I could list the motorcycle. I have been on the phone twice with an Ebay motors rep who said they have been having intermittent issues with listings on ebay motors. The rep put a ticket in with ebay IT department. That was 13 days ago and I am still having the issue. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Mentor11 months ago@kingdebary I see that I helped you on the 11th . Sorry that you are still having trouble listing your Motorcycle.
Have you tried turning off all adblockers or script blockers? Turn off VPN. Try a different browser OR incognito mode.
You also may consider the eBay Motors APP. It is a seperate APP from the regular eBay app and available for iPhone and Android. I don't know if it will have the same issues as listing on a computer.

OP11 months agothanks for the info. I will try incognito and if that does not work will try logging on in Chrome

OP11 months agotried incognito tab and also in a different Browser (Chrome) still getting the same error and it has never happened to me before

Mentor11 months ago@kingdebary Sorry to hear that you are still dealing with this issue.
My only other advice then is to download the eBay MOTORS app on your cellphone. There are advantages to using the eBay MOTORS app such as more photos allowed. You should be able to START on the app and finish on a computer if that is your preference. Just select save for later on the app and then continue from your drafts on your computer.
