A dual or duplicate listing is one for an item you have listed already. If you have two or more of an item you want to sell you need to create a multiple quantity available listing. To do that you need to use ebay's advanced listing tool. Read the information in the link below, it is mostly directed at creating listings for multiple variations (size, color ) items, but also tells you how to add just a quantity available for an item.
