eBay does not have a tool to do that, but there are third-party tools that can cross-list to other sites.
Be aware, though, that if not configured correctly or not functioning correctly, that increases your risk of selling something on eBay that you already sold via another site, and having to cancel orders. That’s a major issue on eBay in particular (other sites have varying levels of risk when it comes to canceled orders affecting your selling account), so I usually advise against cross-listing. List eBay items only on eBay, and if you decide to list items on other venues, list those items only on those other venues.
