Listing #203884548498
Summary: bigd3855-dchelmets is experiencing an issue with their eBay listing where buyers are unable to purchase more than one item every ten days, despite having no set limitations. They engaged eBay customer service but didn't find a solution. jacbarcollectibles suggested checking buyer requirements, while eburtonlab advised adjusting settings temporarily to troubleshoot. comics-scifi-collectibles mentioned that new buyers might be facing purchase limits. bigd3855-dchelmets plans to try the recommended solutions.
I've got an issue with the listing mentioned in the subject line. What I encounter is that I have no limits in my settings but when some of my potential buyers attempt to buy more than 1 item every 10 days, they are unable to do so. I've tried to engage with ebay CS, but that seems like I'm talking to a wall. Has anyone had similar issues to this & might have some suggestions of things to check. I am inclined to think it isn't the listing because it does act the same for all people trying to buy from my listing. Thanks in advance for your guidance/advice.

Mentor1 month ago@bigd3855-dchelmets Are these buyers new ( ish) to the site? They could also be experiencing Buying Limits.

Mentor1 month agoTry adjusting the setting to limit users to purchasing less than 100 items in ten days, check the appropriate box, then save the settings. Then uncheck the box once more and save those settings again.

OP1 month agoI’ve had some ebay CS people check this & there is no issues. Those same people claim it could be a some thing in buyer’s info. But wouldn’t this act the same for everyone & not just certain people.

Mentor1 month agoDouble check your buyer requirements. That setting has two parts where one of then is their feedback number. They may not have received enough feedback to meet the requirements.
