Listed seller location is not where it's shipping from
I bought an item that said it's located in Oregon, but it was just shipped from Ukraine. I just looked again, and the seller's location is now North Carolina. What does this mean?

I'm sorry that happened. That's against eBay policy
The seller should ship from the item location in the listing.

1) "Report A Seller"
2) The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies
3) Other - Explain the Item was not shipped from the Location specified in the listing in violation of the "Item location policy". Use the words "Item Location Policy"
