Listed PSA vault item not showing in Ebay search
Hello,
I cannot get a hold of anyone to help with this issue. I bought a graded Jackie Robinson card on Ebay to have sent to my PSA vault. I've listed it for sale multiple times now, but it's not getting views/likes and I cannot find the item for sale when I search the Ebay app or desktop site. The PSA vault shows it is successfully listed, and PSA vault customer service said the listing was "active" and they could see it on their end. All of my other PSA vault listing appear on Ebay when I search them. In doing my own digging, I suspect it has something to do with the fact this card never had another scan once it arrived at the authenticator. It just appeared in my vault several weeks later (I thought it was lost). Apparently this can cause an indexing issue and/or ghost listing which needs somebody from technical support to fix. How can I get to the correct person to help with this ? I've tried every automated help tool to no avail.
