Listed as new, but was definitely used
I recently purchased an item that was listed as new, but was definitely not new. The seller admitted that it was not new, but offered all sorts of excuses (health, lots of inventory, etc.) I probably would have paid half of what I did if I had known the item was used.
Do I have any recourse? Or do I just chalk it up to only my second bad ebay experience in over 20 years?
Thanks.

Mentor1 year agoYou can open a return request with the reason "not as described" The seller would have to provide a free to you return label and refund you in full once you return the item.
If you choose to keep the item your only recourse would be feedback.
