If I send a message to previous buyers, are my blocked buyers in that list?

I’m not sure sending a message to ALL previous buyers is even allowed, since it likely would be considered SPAM, which definitely isn’t allowed.
What kind of message are you thinking of sending? I would assume that if you send a message to a blocked buyer that they would receive it … UNLESS the buyer has blocked you.

OP1 year agoI am sending a coupon to my buyers over last 12 months. I do have some blocked buyers for various reasons. I just don't want to send them a coupon.
Should I assume that if I blocked them from my store then I have blocked them from all promotions?

Blocking a member prevents them from messaging you and buying from you. I don’t think that it automatically blocks them from receiving messages that you send them.
Have your buyers opted in to receiving coupons from you?
