Hi I bought car parts that were listed as OME Parts and when I receive them I look them over and they were not what he had listed in the ad. When I got the parts they weren’t packaged by the Manufactured there were packaging by it look like a do it yourself type of thing. This person should not have the parked Listed on me if they’re not. I think they are trying to take advantage of people. I returned the items, but they Charge me for shipping. I don’t they should have Charge me for returning something that was told that they are OEM parts.

Mentor2 years ago@micsyac_0 If you used a not as described reason for the return such as not authentic or doesn't match pictures or description then the seller should have been required to issue a FULL refund and pay return shipping.
I recommend you contact customer service.
