Link to buyer after an item is sold
Once an item has sold I am no longer able to communicate with my buyer. I have always been able to notify when an item has shipped and update the buyer on tracking and signature confirmation information. There was an easy option on my drop down menu after the item was sold. How can I get eBay to restore this function?

Mentor3 years agoThe actions that you want are still available, but ebay sends the buyer a message with the tracking number when the label is created, so I do not send a message. Go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Click the down-arrow and you will get a drop-down menu with a list of options. CONTACT BUYER is one of the options.
