This is the only item I tried to buy or placed a bid on and I don't understand why I got limited the amount of items that can be bid on or purchased by a single account

Your account is newly registered in Spain. New accounts typically have low buying limits until they have gone through verification, linked a valid payment method or have made some successful purchases.

In case that was the problem, I've changed my debit card for a credit card, put 10.000€ in it, linked it to paypal and still couldn't buy the same item I had tried to buy about 10 times. What else do I have to do to have a valid payment method? How can I have some successful purchases if I try to buy something and Ebay doesn't let me? What can I do to go through verification?
I've tried calling a human in Ebay Spain (+34 632 65 02 96); an answering machine tells me to leave a message. I've tried the AI "help" ebay offers and keeps sending me to the same useless buying limits restrictions page. How can I get a human to help me???

I would ordinarily suggest that overseas users contact eBay via social media direct message, but eBay has apparently eliminated the social media contacts except for "ebayforsellers" on Instagram.
