Limited listing to one item!
I’ve talked with everyone the had bought Pokémon trading card from me and explained during the time I had an house fire and couldn’t get things sent out due to having to find a place to live. I’ve been limited to one item to list and I can’t see how I’m going to improve my sell’s for one since that’s what eBay’s asked of me and two improve my sell’s if they see I only have tone card for sell an pretty rare card and I have one bad feed back from a person I had communicated with about everything and with that being said I apologize that I had my home took from me an couldn’t send out the product and panelized me for.

Mentor3 years agoI am very sorry to hear you lost your home. That has happened to me and it is not only a mess, it is heartbreaking.
When you notified everyone of your house fire, did you notify Ebay or just your buyers. Did you place your account on Time Away while you were trying to find a place to live?
Ebay can only go by what it can see. Ebay is a very large company and deals with billions of transactions daily. They can't operate the site like a mom & pop type site with all the personal attention that may of us would really like to enjoy. It just isn't going to happen.
After you have been back up and selling for 30 days, you can request a selling limit increase. It is likely that Ebay is wanting to see what all those other buyers that purchased from you will be doing. Although it appears none of them are leaving feedback for you since they purchased back in October. They can only leave feedback for 60 days after purchase.

OP3 years agoNo I only contacted the buyer with was wrong on my part and I do understand that. I do believe though that there could have been some kind contact made between us but now they permanently restricted me where I can’t sell nothing because my selling performance didn’t pick up. Now how could I do that when I’m only able to List one item. I had
some one make a offer then they backed out I payed$37 reserve the sell.

Mentor3 years agoEbay would have no reason to suspect that you needed them to talk to you unless you reached out to them.
Most buyers really dislike reserve pricing as I seller I don't like it either as it is expensive. I have always stayed away from it as I think it is too expensive for what it offers,
Sorry you got permanently banned. That is a hard one to come back from. Ebay doesn't often let sellers in your position back on Ebay to sell. But you can certainly try. The worse they can say is NO.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
