Hi @ajscardjourney

Have you been placing bids on Auction items? Are you trying to buy a lot of items from one Seller? It sounds like this has something to do with your Buying limits: Buying limits and restrictions | eBay

Are you using the phone app? There might be a temporary glitch with it as others are claiming that they are seeing the same error.
