Likely Scam or just bad Seller?
I placed an order for a computer part - a motherboard - for $45 plus 10 shipping. After placing the order, I realized the account had no seller history, and only 1 rating as a buyer. No other listings. I asked to cancel the request. The seller denied my request, and printed the shipping label. It has now been over 24 hours since purchase, and I've attempted to contact them 4 times. 1st time asking to cancel. 2nd time asking them to please confirm the item is functional and that they were a real seller, 3rd time asking them again to confirm. 4th time I basically said, if they don't contact me by the time the item arrives I'll be getting a case filled against them. This looks so much like the petty USPS scam fraud attempts I've heard about, but why even do that **bleep** over just a 45 dollar item? The feedback the seller has is from an electronics reseller, which I'll take a guess and assume they probably bought the motherboard from that seller. Are there sellers this clueless out there where they don't even know how to use messages? Or is this likely going to be a scam? here's the original posting.

Mentor1 year agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
