Lifetime warranty isn't backed by seller
If you buy a item that has a lifetime warranty, and seller does not respond after several times trying to contact them to exchange for another item of same thing. Drive belt was professional installed and lasted a week

Mentor2 years agoSellers do not provide warranty service only manufacturers do this. The only time a seller gets involved in a warranty claim is if they are an authorized distributor for the manufacturer. Most items sold on eBay are not sold by authorized distributors and are not covered by the manufacturers warranty. eBay can only help you if the item was received in the last 30 days. If so then you file an "Item not as described" case against the seller.
