LIFETIME WARRANTY
So apparently sellers can post FALSE ADVERTISING and get away with it.i have never had a problem with EBay nor their sellers until now. Everything I ever purchased online was from EBay and I never even thought of ordering online on Amazon,but I guess it’s time to only order from Amazon and no more EBay. Ive been reporting a seller for 2 weeks straight and EBAY can’t HELP ME.so I guess I got ROBBED by an EBay seller.i spoke to customer service and they couldn’t do anything..I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO OR WHO TO CONTACT..can I get pointed into the right direction.

Warranties are not handled by eBay.
eBay Money Back Guarantee only covers the first 30 days after delivery and is not the same as a warranty
A “lifetime warranty” is usually offered by the manufacturer or sometimes by the seller, but eBay cannot force a seller to honor it
If the warranty came from the manufacturer, try contacting them directly to see if they will honor it
If the warranty was only stated by the seller, it depends entirely on that seller responding and honoring it
That’s why many buyers focus on the seller’s reputation when warranty claims are mentioned
