Lifetime Office was disabled by Microsoft
As a buyer I purchased a lifetime 365 office. However, after 16 months the 365 office was disabled by Microsoft. The ad clearly said lifetime office. Can I get a refund for item not as described?

Unfortunately, the eBay Money Back Guarantee only covers you for 30 days.

After 16 months you are most likely out of luck to file a dispute with your funding source. Your best bet is to purchase software from an official local dealer who can provide you with long term tech support if needed.
