Life vests
I ordered two life vests. from a seller Everything seemed OK. He got his money. I got an email about. a week later. telling me the life vest were dropped off by FedEx. In fact, they were not dropped off by FedEx. Fedex says they never dropped them off, although the email and all the logistics said they did this. seller is a thief. It's not a big amount of money, but that's not the point The point is, this seller should not be on eBay. By the way he's not. he's not answering. any of my emails he is conveniently. not available till the 28th. of July.

Mentor2 years agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
