Lieng buyer claims they didnt receive item so ebay refunded them. But i have proof it was delivered to them
How do I report them for giving me negative feedback lieng on there feedback they gave me. And how do I get my $55 back from ebay cause they lied to ebay and got a refund based on a lie. And my shipping info on ebay has the proof and tracking that this buyer did receive her items from me.
What do i do please help

Mentor1 month agoWhen the buyer filed the Item Not Received case, all you had to do was enter the tracking number showing the item was Delivered, and you would have won the case.
