Level wouldn't work

Question

My shipping label wouldn't work so I paid for shipping out of pocket which is fine. But the package has been received and I have proof and tracking number. How do I get paid?

-First: when you purchased your own label did you take the receipt home and manually ADD the tracking number to the sold item? If not then eBay has no record of you shipping the item and no record that it was delivered. Tracking confirms delivery as you probably already know.

-Next: If you are not going to use a label you purcahsed through eBay you can Can that label within 28 days. Once cancelled your account will be credited in 21 days or less. You can do that by using the drop-down menu ont he left of the items on the following page in Seller Hub: Track and manage your shipments

Finally: As a new Seller your fund can be on hold for up to 31 days REGARDLESS of delviery status. You can read about various payment holds on theis eBay Help page: Transaction holds | eBay
