If you mean Selling limits you can read about that here: Selling limits | eBay
If you mean free monthly insertions, non-store accounts get 250 free insertions per month, that's it. If you want to consider an eBay store you can pre-pay for more monthly insertions before you have to pay more to list. However, you have less than 140 items for sale so it sounds like unless you l[lan to triple that amount a store does not make sense right now.
