OP1 year agoCan't file a refund request the order was not shipped on time than shipped late under the sellers personally out of the eBay listing as if eBay was not even involved.
I disputed the case, and they said it was not shipped and closed the case and will not talk to me.
infract eBay has removed the listing so I can't even use it to communicate with eBay about it.

Mentor1 year agoSorry that this happened. It sounds like you might have missed the refund request window. You only have 30 days from the LAST estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay for an item that has not arrived.
Your only option now since eBay denied the appeal is to file a case with PayPal or a charge back with your bank/ credit card.
