Let international ebay users bid for an item with local pickup in NY (already listed with bids)
How do I activate my listing for international ebay users after listing it and receiving bids?
Is there a way I can do that myself or where can I reach out to at ebay so they could do this?

·2 years agoIf they are being blocked because your Buyer Requirements are set to block anyone with a primary shipping address in a location you don't ship to, you can either add those inquiring about it (I assume from Canada) to your Buyer Requirement Exemption List or you can remove that Buyer Requirement and make the edit apply to active listings, at https://pages.ebay.com/services/buyandsell/biddermanagement.html
