I purchased a NEW Air Pod Pro 2 earbud set. The product I received is not even close. The product sent was restored/refurbished Apple AirPods, NOT Pro and NOT version 2. Ebay says to contact seller and then wait 3 days for resolution before contacting ebay for assistance. When the wrong product is sent to fulfill an order, is it likely that seller will send the promised product or is it best to try and buy from another seller?
