lego set not asked decribed but sellers excepts no returns help
Hello! The order has successfully arrived, but it was missing a few parts. Though more accurately, incorrect parts. I was sent 2 black 32530 pin connectors (Photo 1) but what was supposed to be sent was 2 black 32529 pin connectors with studs on top (Photo 2). Though the difference may be small, it prevents the set from being completely built. Additionally, the skeleton that was sent came with the incorrect torso, with it being the earlier the earlier 6260 ball joint pins (Photo 3). The one that came with the set originally was the newer model 60115 bar joint pins (Photo 4). I was even sent one of the arms for the newer torso design being part 59230 (Photo 5), which is incompatible with the older 6260 ball joint torso. This also means I was sent one to few of the skeleton arms. With the incorrect parts being sent, would you consider a 10% discount on the order unless you can send the correct pieces. I feel a 10% discount would be fair so I would be able cover the cost of buying and shipping the correct parts from other parties. Total Parts Missing: 1 60115 White bar joint skeleton torso, 2 32529 Black pin connectors with studs on top, and 1 59230 White skeleton arm. Note: All the of the part's ID numbers can be found and searched for on Bricklink, a website owned by the LEGO group. |

Mentor3 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, missing items, which overrides no-returns. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
