Lego set
I purchased a set that looked brand new. I never saw anything that said they had opened bags to remove mini figures and no box. It was not there. I get it today and get just legos. I’m upset after I go back to look at the page it was listed and even the price is a lot more than what they advertised. To many of these things are happening. I paid for a new set and do not want to hv to pay for the figs that should hv bn with it to begin with. That’s like stealing to me. I want to return it but they don’t except returns so what do I do. How do I get help from eBay?

Do you have the item number of the listing in question? That you purchased?
You would need to use the option that the item is not as described or that it doesn't match photos and description.
This will be the best choice for this situation. This will force them to return it regardless if they allow returns or not.
