Mentor2 years agoHi @jonblue4 In case of a problem, you have the eBay Money Back Guarantee, which is good for THIRTY DAYS after you pay. The seller offers a ONE YEAR Warranty. eBay has no way to enforce the seller's one year warranty. Neither does anybody else. The seller knows that. So why do they say it? You might want to think about that. I don't care one bit about positive feedback. I only look at negative feedback then decide if I'm willing to take the chance. Good luck!

I see the seller has 26 revised feedbacks. That means that there were 26 buyers who were satisfied enough with this seller's resolution to a problem that they changed a negative to a positive. Of course those 26 were negative to start with, but this seller appears to be selling refurbished computers ... I wouldn't be surprised that there are problems with refurbished computers, regardless of who's selling them.
And then there's the 60 day free returns, which says that the seller has enough confidence in his work and products that he believes he wouldn't have to honor it all that often. Paying for a lot of returns is a good way to end up in the poorhouse.
