Legal dept?
How do we contact the legal sept for eBay? I had a computer I sold. Buyer wanted to return. He got his money back and I DO NOT HAVE MY COMPUTER back. I was charged shipping and selling fees - and I’m without MY computer!!! How can it be that eBay won’t help!

Mentor3 years agoEbay's legal department does not handle problems like this. Besides generally only an attorney, court, or law enforcement would have access.
Need more details as to what happen to help you.
Did the buyer open a Return Request? If so, what reason was selected for the return?
Did you accept the return within the time limit allowed?
