Left neutral review for wrong seller

Question

I bought a product that I was dissatisfied with, then purchased a better version of the product through a second seller. I left a 'neutral' review for what I thought was the first seller. But I left it for the second seller. They asked me to revise the review and I -still thinking it was the first seller- did so without changing the rating and elaborated as to why I left a neutral review. I made a mistake! I now want to delete the review entirely and leave a good one! I have apologized to the seller who graciously responded with kindness.

Is there a way to delete this incorrect review and revision?

I reached out to eBay already. I do realize I can't "revise" the review a second time. Hoping where I'm the buyer who made the mistake leaving the wrong review, there will be no question that it should come down! (Since I'm not disputing a review...) Thanks for your assistance!

Typically the answer would be no, you can't revise the feedback a second time.

However, you can use eBay's social media customer service to get assistance. They can tell you more about it.
