Left negative feedback to a SELLER

Hello, I am a >BUYER< who left negative feedback to a SELLER because the item was not as advertised, and the seller did not respond to my complaint after a reasonable time of waiting - Seller eventually replied, although too late, and apologized for the oversight of not getting back to me - Seller offered me a total refund, if I later changed the negative feedback - Is there a way a BUYER can change negative feedback left to a SELLER ?

@jaydoyle The seller has to make things right for you FIRST then the seller can send a feedback revision request and you can choose to revise the feedback if you wish.

In the future I recommend filing an not as described refund request. Then once the refund case is closed and you are refunded leave the appropriate feedback.

You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay. You can still file a refund request if it's not too late.

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label OR sent the funds to your PayPal account to pay return shipping if they are in another country then ask eBay to step in and help:

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
