Left feedback for the wrong buyer.
So I'm "understanding" the feedback I accidentally left for the wrong buyer, whom happens to be a buyer who cancelled the purchase the first time I listed the item, cannot be edited or deleted. Is that right?

That is correct.
A little background. Sellers have not been able to leave negative feedback for Buyers since 2008. Even then, once a Seller leaves positive feedback with positive comments, it stays.
