Left an item out of my buyers package
Sold a watch and my listing showed additional straps for the watch. Mistakenly left one of the straps out of the shipment. What is the standard process to send additional strap?

Mentor5 months ago@basebull7 Contact your buyer and let them know. Wait on the authenticity process, they may deny it as not matching the description. If eBay does NOT deny it then you just send the straps to the buyer.
There's no way to send the straps to the authenticity center.
