Left a Bad Review for Seller's Bait and Switch. Now being harassed via SMS Messaging
Ordered a $36 stainless steel and aluminum mug from seller "quality4less" but then received a cheap plastic and stainless steel insert mug. With no refund offered for inferior product. Seller contacted me via SMS texts to my cellphone after I left a negative review asking that I take the review down and then he would offer a refund via a RMA label.
It was a classic bait and switch with no warning or refund. But I have to remove the review before starting his proposed process for refunding my money. He continued to text me making excuses he was just 'middleman' but he made the ad and updated it to a cheap, plastic product after I ordered the better product. Those were his actions. I should not have to jump thru hoops to correct for his deceit.

The seller is LYING to you. You NEVER have to remove a negative feedback in order to receive a refund.
Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee for buyers so you can file a Return Request for a refund.
