leaving seller feedback when 60 day post delivery period has ended
I purchased ink cartridges from seller (OEM, not knockoffs) but didn't open the package until after return window closed. (Didn;t need the ink immediately and when product was delivered it looked perfectly fine so I didn't actually open the box to check the contents.) I opened the package a few days ago only to find that o?ne of the cartridges was missing and the other looked used (seal was broken and protective tape over print head looked removed and replaced). Initially, seller said they would refund or replace but then said they wouldn't because return window had closed. I want to leave negative feedback for seller but that window has also closed. Anyway to leave seller feedback for a "BUYer Beware" warning
