leaving neutral feedback for no reason and ebay sides with the buyer,
we made a sale to a person and they bought it on the 16th in the afternoon.
our shipping clearly states that we have 3 business days to ship. before the weekend was over this person left us a neutral feedback .saying that we were very slow at shipping. i took it up with ebay and they said that that buyer had the right to do it. ebay definitely dosnt care much about theirĀ sellers to let that happen,
does anyone else feel that ebay is wrong in their answer?
