Sellers can only leave Positive feedback for Buyers. Sellers may NOT leave Positive Feedback with a negative statement.
Did the Buyer ask you to cancel and then you cancelled?
If you sell long enough returns, refunds, unpaid items, cancellation requests, etc. will happen. Don't take them personally, it is just business. Process them and move on.
