Leaving feedback on a purchase?
Why won’t eBay allow a buyer to leave feedback on a seller that gives no help in locating when and where a item was delivered when the usps says they can pull the GPS and time when a item was delivered. eBay closed a case just off the tracking page that shows item was delivered, so I asked for the seller to please get me the GPS location where my item was delivered and time/ date. I don’t feel that was asking for anything to much. eBay won’t allow me to leave feedback, so I get no item or satisfaction on how this was handled.?

Mentor6 months agoIt is easier for the buyer to go to his/her local post office with the tracking number so they can check their GPS records to see exactly where the package was delivered. If it was misdelivered, they can then attempt to retrieve the package. It appears the seller is a top rated seller, which is why you cannot leave neutral or negative feeedback for 7 days. That is in order to give time to communicate with the seller in case there are any problems.
