leaving feedback for a canceled order
I had to cancel an order for an item due to no paying for shipping and after multiple times trying to contact. Ebay said to cancel order in which I did but now I can not leave feedback.
Can I still leave feedback?

Buyers can't receive anything but positive feedback and it's been that way for like 15 years.
No, once you cancel the order, neither side can leave feedback.
