If the item is not on you Purchase history then you have inadvertently purchased as a Guest. You cannot leave Feedback on Guest purchases nor can they be merged with your account.
You are still protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee, but you have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the item, like a return.

Has it been more than 60 days since the purchase? If so that could be the problem. We have no account access here so we can't see what you are seeing.
A temporary glitch can never be ruled out either.
