It is nearly impossible to describe a negative transaction within 500 characters, and then the AI bot told me it was abusive language. No, it was feedback, just stating facts. Maybe time to protect the buyers from dishonest sellers?
Here's an easy remedy to writing up a less than positive feedback... I won't do them anymore, positive, neutral of negative.

You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a not received refund request AND 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.
