How do I leave feedback if I made the purchase as a Guest?
I have since created an eBay account to ensure returns and tracking are a bit easier in the future, but this hasn't helped with the purchase I made prior to creating an account.
Each time I click the Leave Feedback button from my original transaction email, I am taken to a screen to register. It appears as though the system is requiring me to create a new account to leave feedback. I don't want to create a new account, because I have already created a new account. If I sign in with the account I did create, the transaction ID is of course not found (because that was not the account I used to make the purchase).
I seem to be stuck in this loop. Any help would be appreciated.

Mentor2 years agoGuest purchases cannot give or receive feedback, since the purchase is not connected to an account.
