How do I leave feedback for multiple items at once?

You can't, but you can copy and paste the same feedback to each transaction (which it appears you might already be doing).
Since the vast majority of buyers write a unique feedback comment for each transaction so that other buyers know what to expect from the seller (extra speedy, excellent communication, flawless condition, great packaging, some other comment on something special a seller did to provide good customer service, etc.), I would guess eBay doesn't see a need for what you're requesting.
