leaving a message for a seller
I would like to contact a seller regarding an item I purchased. Seller created a label and eleven days later USPS has still not picked up. That's not satisfactory to me and I would like to know why but everytime I click on the link to contact seller its greyed out and will not go any further. I'm really frustrated. Has anyone else experience this?

Mentor1 year agoIs this what you did to receive the return shipping label?
Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason. For Not as Described, you will need to click on More actions. Depending on the seller's return policy, and the reason for the return determines who pays for return shipping. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, s/he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

OP1 year agoNo. I purchased the item. I got a message that the item shipped. I clicked on the tracking number. The tracking number stated that a label was created but the item had not been shipped. This was ten days ago, if the item had not shipped then, it's not going to be received today or any day for that matter. I clicked on cancel the order, cannot cancel because the item had shipped. The item is still waiting to be picked up. I followed ebays instructions to contact the seller but there's no place to type a message that appears on the computer screen. It's locked up in limbo and no matter what ebay tells me to do it doesn't work. I am beyond FRUSTRATED and to boot I have an autistic child waiting on the item who doesn't understand what I'm trying to tell him about why the item isn't here. I would have thought a good seller would wonder why the item wasn't picked up yet. Took my money with no problems.

What was the last estimated date for delivery?
Once that day passes, you will be able to open a case for ‘item not received’.
By any chance is this package coming from a location that is effected by heavy snows or bad weather?

OP1 year agoIt could be. It's coming from California. I can't seem to get my computer to cooperate where ebay says I can leave a message for the seller so I left a review on the seller to ask him/her if there were issues where they were. No response. This was over ten days ago and from the information I've been given all the seller did was create a label. I get bad weather but ten days later, the label should have least been slapped on the package. The day has passed that it was supposed to have been received Jan 4th through Jan 11. Today is January 11th the mail has come and gone. No package and according to the tracking number it hasn't been picked up yet. I tried clicking on item not received, it takes me right back to the tracking number. I give up. I can't even leave a bad review which at this point is what I would dearly love to do.
