Leave selling restriction
Hello,
I'm quite desperate at the moment as I write this message.
I had a car accident six years ago and spent several months in the hospital between life and death. I wasn't able to send some orders during that time, and eBay decided to block my account from selling. I understand the decision, but I would like to request the removal of this restriction today, as it has now been in place for six years.
I am now well organized, with the support of my wife in case of any similar situation (health-related or otherwise), and this will never happen again.
I resumed selling after a long period of inactivity due to serious health issues that prevented me from managing my account or shipping orders on time. This is now behind me, and I am fully able to manage my account again.
When I tried to access my Seller Dashboard, I received the following message: "Your seller dashboard is not available at this time because your account has been restricted."
eBay is by far the platform I trust most for selling, and I am truly committed to meeting all seller standards going forward. I will do everything possible to ship all items on time and provide the best possible service to buyers.
Could you please help me and give me some advice regarding:
What steps I need to take to resolve this
The expected timeline for reinstatement
