-If you inadvertently purchased as a Guest you cannot leave Feedback nor can guest purchases be added to an active eBay account
-What type of FB are you trying to leave??? If less than Positive AND the Seller is a Power Seller (now called something like Experienced Seller) then you have to wait 7 days. But if this is the case try to work things out BEFORE you take that type of action.
-Did you get any notifications that your account has been restricted from leaving FB for some reason?
