Learned the hard way.
Have a buyer account since 2011, but did my first ever sale a few weeks ago. It was a NIB item that I shipped out via USPS, which was weighed and receipted with tracking number applied.
Seller said the box was sealed, but empty on arrival.
I couldn't find any recourse that was not a bot/automated response. So I just refunded the buyer.
The best part was - it was an item I purchased for my son before he passed away a week later and just getting around to selling some of his stuff many years later.
I consider this my lesson learned; not to sell anything. Ever.
